GENERAL

By purchasing a ticket to Gold Coast Swingfest 2009 you agree to the following terms and conditions

A valid ticket allows entry to one male and one female as a couple/pair.
When you turn up to Swingfest Lite, You will be refused entry if:-

A couples ticket is paid for but only one person is present
The ticket holder or holders are considered to be intoxicated.
The ticket holder is suspected to be under the influence of illegal drugs
The ticket holder's dress is not appropriate for the theme stated for the event.

During the official Swingfest Party, the security staff have the right to remove from the premises:

Any person who becomes abusive or is excessively under the influence of alcohol
Any persons who remove their clothes, or partake in any sexual activity on the licensed premises.
Any person is found to be administering or distributing illegal drugs
Any person is reported to be pestering others for sexual favour
Any person caught using a camera or camera phone.

REFUNDS

Once a Swingfest 2009 ticket has been purchased, tickets are non refundable. Tickets may be transferred to another couple.

Sorry, Transfers cannot be managed by us. You will be responsible for organising transfers to other couples. Please make the other party aware that under the general terms and conditions, only male/female couples will be allowed entry to the party.
